First made for a New Years’ Eve party, these were a hit and gone long before midnight ever arrived. The recipe is easily multiplied depending on the size of your crowd and is the perfect recipe for a crockpot.

1 Tbsp. rendered bacon fat
2 tsp. liquid smoke

Pour over meatballs in crockpot and mix gently but thoroughly.
Heat on low 4-6 hours, until heated through and sauce absorbed.
